Pipeline insulation layer, also known as thermal pipeline insulation layer, refers to the layer structure which can be used to heat insulation and heat insulation around the pipeline. The aluminum content of 3003 insulated aluminum coil is about 98%, and the proportion of manganese content can reach 1%, because the 3003 insulation aluminum roll is better than the 1 series aluminum plate in rust prevention performance. The hardness of 3003 insulated aluminum coil is higher because of the increase of manganese element, the hardness of 3003 insulated aluminum coil alloy is high, and it is very good in mechanics. 1060 Aluminum insulation coil is mainly used for the anti rust and heat preservation works of pipelines, equipment, plant, buildings and other facilities.

Other insulation materials are not as corrosion resistant as aluminum coil, and its life is short. 2. The appearance of the thermal insulation aluminum coil is beautiful. Compared with other insulation materials, the silver white metal luster of aluminum roll is very prominent, and can be maintained for a long time. The aluminum coil is used for heat preservation construction, which is beautiful and generous.
3. The aluminum coil is more protected and the waste aluminum can be recycled. Compared with other insulation materials, the recovery price of waste aluminum can reach more than 80% of the aluminum ingot price. Through the waste aluminum recovery, the manufacturer can recover most of the investment funds, which makes the insulation aluminum roll become a high cost-effective thermal insulation material.
